- ABOUT US -
849 County Road 519, Frenchtown, NJ
We believe that the land can be productive, beautiful, and ecologically beneficial all at the same time. We run a small vegetable growing operation that is both productive and aesthetically pleasing. On our farm we use organic principals in growing everything from food to ornamentals. This is our fourth CSA season and love every moment of providing our customers with delicious and healthy local produce.
We are also committed to teaching others -- having backgrounds in education, we know how important this is. We host education and enjoyable workshops here on the homestead, ranging from flower arranging to beekeeping.
Lindsay is our vegetable enthusiast, from seed to harvest. She also plans and manages the cut flower garden. Lindsay really enjoys learning new skills, so you'll often find her tackling something completely new, figuring out her way through it. She is passionate about plants and power tools.
When not outside she loves crawling around on the floor with her daughter and snuggling with the dog.
Mike is our beekeeper and chicken wrangler. He manages honey production, hive products, and bee breeding here on the farm. Mike really enjoys working bees on a warm spring day -- it's a full sensory experience! He is passionate about teaching others about the importance of bees and keeping bees.
When not with the bees, you can find him planting around the farm, in the wood shop, or playing peek-a-boo with his daughter.
